Came here for weekend brunch and bday celebration. We were a group of 7 and were accommodated to an enclosed back patio. The decor had a warm and welcoming vibe. Ample seating for the group. There was also a fireplace providing some heating. The food was great. I had their surfers burrito with impossible chorizo. I almost forgot the place was vegetarian. The meat was not needed. Very well seasoned and flavorful. What surprised us the most was the vegan butter they served with their jalapeño biscuits, it was delicious!

We aren't even plant based and we LOVE this place. Highly recommend the mushroom calamari, kale salad (with the crispy tofu and tempeh bacon is chefs kiss), and the beet pepperoni pizza! We've never had a bad meal here and come weekly! Also, if you get Margaret as your server you are so lucky! She's the BEST!

Located a few blocks away from the sand. This cute place is perfect to take a date. Enjoyed the coffee after a successful beach day.

Love the ambiance and the food. Great healthy options. Plus they have jalapeño cheddar biscuits. YUM. Drinks are always great - mainly I only get the fresh juices. Can never go wrong with the green goddess. One time sat outside and the other time we were inside at the middle "bar" area. That chair sure does swing hahah

My far better half caught a suggestion from a local to try this place. Vegetarian usually isn't my thing, but the ambiance and the energy was appealing. I'm guessing the eponymous butcher's daughter had seen enough butchery in her formative years to give up on meat. No worries. I've enjoyed soy chorizo in home recipes, so the Surfer's Burrito worked very well for me and was amply filling. Better Half gave two thumbs up to her avocado toast - bread is baked in house. We were a little back of the lunch rush, so food was out quickly and our server had a little time to be engaging. 3 for 3!

I'd been to their brunch buffet in weho and wasn't impressed so when this spot was suggested I was hesitant. I'm happy to say this location is so much better! Their food is very fresh and delicious. I love how they infused sweet and salty in their whipped goat cheese; the pizza crust was perfect; the lemon lavender waffle probably one of the best waffles I've ever had (very unique as well); the omelette was okay but nothing special. The servers are kind but very straight forward, I think because it was Labor Day weekend they were a bit stressed. The ambiance is stellar; I felt like I was in a jungle nursery. I'd say it's a cute spot for brunch with friends and family; not sure about it being an ideal date night spot. There's also a garage to the left (facing the restaurant; make an immediate right if driving) that charges $13 for the day.

Back again and equally delish! Next time get the Butchers breakfast! Eggs over medium and the green olives and mushrooms are FANTASTIC in flavor sheesh!!! Crowded but they somehow turn tables fast! And the music is always a vibe. Love this spot for a weekend brunch!

This is one my fav vegan places in la . I visit it quite often I love the Venice location . Tried the impossible burger and the butcher's burger both were awesome . Their smoothies are like meal itself. Be back soon
